Review & Description

A golf course developer is indicted on several counts of racketeering, among other seedy crimes, and calls on an old friend—the Rogue Barrister—to defend his case. The Rogue Barrister, though, is more interested in promoting his record label and his microbrewing business than he is anything else. The verdict is shortly delivered: The golfer is sentenced to do hard time at Cook Counting Correctional Facility.

Defeated, dismayed, depressed, the prisoner lobbies the jail’s warden for a single reprieve: a short set of live music to commemorate Walpurgis Night. The warden acquiesces the plea, and the golfer turned jailbird phones the Rogue Barrister with the exciting news—there is imminent need for live music at Cook Counting!

The Rogue Barrister pulls off the spectacular, and delivers a jail-house act reminiscent of Johnny Cash at Folsom...yet, he goes even one step further. Within the six oversized speakers set about the prison floor were hundreds of bottles of beer from his microbrewery. Riotous debauchery ensues.
